The most important industry event – Formnext 2019 is behind us. Our guests had the opportunity to meet two new printers that appeared in our offer, Omni500 LITE and Factory 2.0 NET. These debuting devices were very popular.
Formnext is 4 days of intensive work and many successful meetings. As every year, it attracted the most important machine manufacturers and filament manufacturers. Specialists from around the world and companies interested in using 3D printing in their solutions come to Frankfurt at Formnext. Of course, we could not miss them as permanent exhibitors.
At the Omni3D stand, you could not only see our industrial printers, but also see how they work up close. There was also a surprise for practitioners. It was with them in mind that at the stand you could look at the students’ car of the Rzeszów University of Technology, which, with parts printed by Omni3D, successfully competes in the Formula Student competition. Yes, our prints are perfect for demanding and actually extreme conditions.
But let’s return to the news.
The Omni500 LITE printer is now available for sale. We created it for clients who require simple and quick operation of the machine while maintaining industrial standards. It is ideal for companies that use 3D printing mainly for prototyping or low-series production. A definite plus of this device is the possibility of remote management through a dedicated website. Thanks to this, the start of the print and its control can be fully remote.
The second device – Factory 2.0 NET is dedicated to customers expecting a higher standard of the printing process management and work on materials requiring very high extrusion temperatures and model surroundings (max. head temperature up to 500 ° C, max. working platform temperature 170 ° C, max. temp. in the working chamber 70 ° C). We also equipped it with a remote view through the camera, which allows you to observe the progress of printing, as well as connecting LAN and Wifi.
We strived to make the device quiet, which definitely affects the comfort of work. Now we can proudly emphasize that we have created an industrial printer almost inaudible during work and safe due to the built-in CARBON HEPA filter. In addition, the changes in mechatronic and programming elements that we have used allow us to meet the requirements of the ISO 2768 standard and aspire to be the most precise devices on the market. The closed and heated chamber enables effective printing of large objects from industrial thermoplastic materials. It fully meets our assumptions and will certainly meet the high demands of customers.
New challenges ahead! Meanwhile, once again, we would like to thank all our guests for their time and the opportunity to exchange experiences! We invite you to the next important events, i.e. 3D Printing Days in Kielce (March 31 – April 2, 2020) and Rosmould Fair (June 8-10, 2020).
